Availability is listed in the MLS by status. If “Active (A)” then there are no applications in hand. If “Active Under Contract (AU)” then we have applications we are processing or have accepted, but will accept other applications until the lease is signed. If “Pending (P)” then we have approved applicants with a signed lease.
Applications are processed during business hours Mon-Fri and the listing agent is available for questions during these same hours. We make every effort to answer all questions online.
